El pasado día 16 de Abril se celebro un campeonato por parejas en la tienda GamesWorkshop de Bruselas. Yo jugué con Carlos otro español perdido en Bruselas. Nuestros ejércitos eran mi Guardia Imperial y los Marines de Carlos.
Last April 16th pair tournament was celebrated in the GamesWorkshop store Brussels. I played with Carlos another Spanish lost in Brussels. Our armies were my Imperial Guard and Carlos's Space Marines.

In all games mission was the same, 3 objectives 1 in each area of deployment and the other in the center plus victory points per unit or vehicle destroyed.

1era Partida
La primera parida nos toco jugar contra Orcos y Marines Epaciales del Caos.
La iniciativa la ganaron los contrarios. Nosotros desplegamos la mayor parte de nuestro ejercito en lado derecho de nuestra zona de despliegue. Los exterminadores desplegaron delante de la Guardia Imperial para intentar aguantar el asalto de los Orcos. Los Orcos avanzaron cubriendo los a los Marines del Caos. Los disparos de la guardia imperial consiguio parar el avance de uno de los Battlewagons y su unidad. Pero los orcos del otro Battlewagon y los nobles en Camión se abalanzaron como una marea verde sobre los exterminadores y una de las unidades de Guardia Imperial. Los mejores guerreros del emperador sucumbieron sobre la desproporcionada superioridad numérica de los orcos.
Los Orcos quedaron trabados con el Dreadnought de asedio de los marines y Lysander pero ni ellos fueron capaces de sobrevivir. Mientras los orcos eran frenados por los marines los Marines del Caos aprovecharon las brechas para intentar llegar hasta el objetivo asegurado por mis Guardias. Primero el Príncipe demonio acabado con una de las unidades pero acabo abatido por el fuego cruzado. Unade las escuadras de marines intento flanquear a la guardia pero se vio relentizada por la cantidad de unidades de enemigos en el camino acabaron con varias unidades pero no pudieron llegar al objetivo. Por nuestro lado la unidad de veteranos en Chimera intento flanquear para disputar el objetivo central pero no llego a tiempo. Al final la partida acabo con dos objetivo bajo el poder de nuestro enemigos y otro bajo nuestro control. También destruyeron mas puntos. Al final acabamos derrotados
1st Round
The first round we play vs Orks and Chaos Marines.
The initiative was won by the opponents. We deployed the majority of our army on the right side of our area of deployment. Terminators were deployed in front of the Imperial Guard to try to withstand the assault of the Orcs. Orcs Advanced covering the Chaos Marines. The shooting of the imperial guard got to stop the advance of one of the Battlewagons and its unity. The Orcs in the second Battlewagon and the Nobs in Truck assault like green tide the Terminators and one of the Imperial Guard units. The best warriors of the Emperor succumbed on the disproportionate numerical superiority of the orcs.
The Orcs were stuck by the Siege Marine Dreadnought and Lysander, but neither they were able to survive at the end of the battle. While the orcs was held back by the Marines, the Chaos Marines took advantage of the gaps to try to reach the objective secured by my guards. First Demon Prince finished with one of the units but I just killed by the guard crossfire. One of the squads of marines attempt to outflank the guard but was slow down by the number of units of enemies along the way they ended up with several units but could not reach the target. On our side the veteran unit in Chimera attempt a flanking movement to dispute the central objective but did not arrive on time. Eventually the game ended with two objectives under control of our enemies, and another under our control. They also destroyed more unit points so we ended up defeated.

Chaos Marines use their meltaguns against the Basilisk but they fail, just few seconds after a obliterator destroy the Basilisk.

En la segunda ronda jugamos contra Eldars Oscuros y Necrones.
Nosotros ganamos la iniciativa y como en la partida anterior concentramos nuestras fuerzas en un lado de nuestro despliegue, en este caso el lado izquierdo. El enemigo decidió dejar todo su ejercito en reserva. En los primeros dos turnos nos dedicamos a avanzar con los exterminadores y las unidades de veteranos para asegurar el objetivo central. Entonces empezo a llegar el enemigo. El monolito descendio directamente sobre las unidades de Guardia Renegada dispersándolas y disputando el objetivo. Los espectros necrones avanzaron directamente hacia el objetivo central para intentar, mientras los guerreros eldar protegian el objetivo en su zona de despliegue. uno de los disparos claves fue el que inmovilizo al Dreadnought que se encontraba a una pulgada del monolito. En el centro la primera oleada de Necrones junto con su lider fue abatida por los exterminadores y Lysander. Pero el lider se volvió a levantar en el turno posterior y mas espectros llegaron contra los exterminadores. En el flanco izquierdo los eldars oscuros fueron frenados por los exterminadores y una unidad de veteranos. El monolito inmovilizado por un disparo de canon laser se quedo plantado en mi zona de despliegue disparando a mis unidades de guardia renegada y disputando nuestro objetivo. Al final el centro del campo de batalla cedio bajo la presion de los espectros necrones junto con el líder perdiendo el control del objetivo central. Por su parte ellos controlaron el objetivo de su lado. Otra vez volvimos a ser derrotados 1 objetivo a 0 ademas ellos destruyeron mas puntos.
In the second round we played against Dark Eldar and Necrons.
We won the initiative and like in the previous game we concentrate our forces on one side of our deployment, in this case the left side. The enemy decided to leave his army in reserve. In the first two turns we dedicate ourselves to advance the Terminator and veteran units to secure the central objective. Then enemy arrived. The monolith came down directly on the Renegade Guard units dispersing them and disputing the objective. The Necrons wraiths moved directly toward the central objective, while the Eldar warriors protected the objetive in their area of deployment. One of the key shots was the one that immobilizes the Dreadnought that was within an inch of monolith. In the center the first wave of Necrons with their leader were lilled by Lysander and the Terminators. But the leader was raised on the turn after and more wraiths arrive against the Terminators. In the left flank Dark Eldar were held up by Terminators and a veteran unit. The monolith immobilized by a shot of Lascanon stayed planted in my deployment zone shooting my renegade guard units and disputing our objective. At the end the center of the battlefield was lost by the Necrons wraiths together with the leader losing control of the central target. For their part they controlled the objective of their side. Again went back to being defeated 1 objective to 0 and they destroyed more points.

La tercera y ultima ronda la jugamos contra Marines y Angeles sangrientos. Volvimos a tener la iniciativa y esta vez repartimos mas nuestro ejercito en la zona de despliegue. La mayor parte de nuestro ejercito se mantuvo estacionario disparando mientras los exterminadores, dreadnought y los veteranos intentaban ir a por el objetivo central. En el flanco derecho hubo una buena pelea entre exterminadores de asalto donde ambas escuadraas acabaron aniquiladas y solo sobrevivio el Lysander enemigo. En el centro una unidad de veteranos llego al objetivo recibio una lluvia de disparos pero tres veteranos sobrevivieron entre ellos el sargento pero fallaron el chequeo de moral. Abandonando el objetivo. La mayoria de la batalla se jugo a distancia pero nuestros disparos fueron bastante inefectivos. Al final cada bando controlo un objetivo pero ganamos al conseguir mas puntos de victoria. La partida se acabo en el turno 4
The third and last round was played against Marines and Blood Angels. Again we got the initiative and this time we decided to do more spread deployement. Most of our army remained stationary firing while the terminators, dreadnought and veterans trying to go for the central target. In the right flank was a good fight between assault terminators where both teams finished annihilated and the enemy Lysander was the only survival. In the center a veteran unit arrived at the target received a hail of gunfire but survived three veterans of the unit including the sergeant finally they failed the lidership check abandoning the target. Most of the battle was played at a distance but our shots were quite ineffective. At the end each team control an objetive but we won by scoring more points for victory. Game finished in 4 turns

En todas las partidas las misiones eran las mismas, 3 objetivos 1 en cada zona de despliegue y otro en el centro mas puntos de victoria por unidad o vehículo destruido.

ResponderEliminarLa mala suerte y las fullerias nos impidieron conseguir la victoria para el bando imperial. Aun asi, quedamos 5°, y la guardia recibio el premio a ejercito mejor pintado. En general fue un gran dia de 40K. Habrá que repetir cuando nos den ocasion!!
